Conditions and exclusions

If your website is down due to an issue with your web host I will alert them asap but beyond that I have limited options (including moving to a new web host)
The monthly fee covers around 1 hour of work
Sucuri often change their plans and prices
The fees for renewing any annual plugin subscriptions are not included
